2. Purpose and acceptance of terms
These general terms govern the relationship between Unitary Workshops and individuals (hereinafter "the user" or "you") who access the website, view its content, or engage any of the services offered through it.
Using the website and engaging services implies your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms as published at the time of browsing or contracting. We recommend that you read them carefully and review them periodically, as they may be updated.
3. Description of services
Unitary Workshops organises and facilitates workshops, seminars, and gatherings focused on personal growth, consciousness, and inner development. Our services are offered in the following formats:
3.1. Online seminars
Delivered live via the Zoom platform (or another video conferencing tool specified in each case). You will receive the access link and necessary instructions by email before the seminar begins.
3.2. In-person seminars
Held at the physical venue indicated in the description of each event. You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.3. Hybrid seminars (in-person + online)
Some in-person seminars also offer the option of online attendance. Each event listing will indicate whether this option is available.
The specific content, duration, dates, times, facilitators, and price of each seminar are detailed on the corresponding event page published on our website. Unitary Workshops reserves the right to modify event details (including facilitator, schedule, or venue) when justified circumstances require it, notifying registered participants as far in advance as possible.
4. Registration and purchase process
To register for a seminar through our website, follow these steps:
- Select the event: browse our event calendar and choose the seminar that interests you.
- Review the details: confirm the date, time, format, facilitator, and price of the event.
- Proceed to payment: click the purchase button to access the secure payment gateway (Stripe or PayPal).
- Complete the payment: enter your payment details on the corresponding platform. Payment is processed directly on Stripe's or PayPal's servers; we never store your card or payment account details on our website.
- Confirmation: once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and, for online seminars, access instructions.
You do not need to create a user account on our website to register. We only need your name and email address to manage your participation.

5. Prices and payment methods
5.1. Prices
Prices for each seminar are shown on the corresponding event page and are expressed in euros (EUR), unless another currency is explicitly indicated. Published prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Unitary Workshops reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed and paid.

Both gateways use SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS security standards. Unitary Workshops does not store, access, or directly process your financial data. All payment information is managed exclusively by Stripe and PayPal in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.
