Frequently asked questions
There's no imposed timeline, but integration time is essential. Inhabiting the 12 planes (Level 2) requires maturation — generally a few months of daily practice. You'll feel it: when the planes are part of your natural functioning and you aspire to go further, you're ready for the integral mastery of Level 3.
It's a common reaction, and a healthy one. This vocabulary describes experiential realities you live through in the exercises, not beliefs to adopt. Antimatter is a vibratory state you perceive; the cosmic messenger is a function you activate within yourself; the Fleets are presences you contact through your own imperious system. By Level 3, you have enough experience to distinguish the lived from the imagined.
Level 3 represents the blossoming of the Inner Being — it's the summit of the 12 Planes journey. There is no Level 4, but there is continuity: advanced workshops like Interdimensional Contact and Development of Subtle and Unitary Bodies extend the work in specific directions. And above all, after Level 3, your autonomous practice becomes your true path.
Absolutely. Most participants arrive with zero prior experience. The workshops are designed to meet you exactly where you are — no special vocabulary or meditation practice required. Your genuine curiosity is the only entry condition.
Here, we don't stay in the mind. Most approaches give you concepts to understand — we give you direct experiences that transform your energy, your body and your consciousness. It's not theory: participants leave with concrete tools and changes they feel from the very first session.
Unitary Science is an integrative approach that considers the human being as a whole — body, emotions, mind and spiritual dimension — as an interconnected totality. It's not a religion or a dogma. You don't need to believe anything: you experience, you feel, and you keep what makes sense to you.
Many of our participants are scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs. Skepticism is welcome — we don't ask you to believe, we invite you to experience. The exercises produce concrete effects you can observe for yourself, regardless of your beliefs.
Each workshop combines clear teachings, practical exercises, guided meditations and group work. It's dynamic and alive — no long monologues. You're active and engaged from start to finish, and the centralizers (facilitators) support you at every step.
