No. Belief isn't a working tool here — direct experience is. You don't need to believe in anything: the exercises activate your transmitter-receiver capacity and you make your own observations. Many participants arrive skeptical and leave with perceptions they can neither deny nor explain through their usual frameworks. That's precisely where the work begins.
It's highly recommended. Interdimensional Contact works with vibratory alchemy and connection to sidereal presences — capacities that rely on mastery of your inner planes. Without that foundation, the exercises risk remaining intellectual rather than lived. If you've done at least the 12 Planes Level 1 and one other advanced workshop, you have the necessary groundwork.
It's more common than you'd think at the start, and it's not a failure. Interdimensional perception doesn't work like the 5 classical senses — it develops in layers. Some participants pick up presences from the very first session; others need the full 5-session cycle for the channel to open. The centralizers guide you through this precise opening process, without forcing or suggesting.
