No, provided you're guided — and that's exactly what this workshop offers. Out-of-body experience is a natural human capacity, not a transgression. The 8 sessions follow a precise progression that prepares your energetic system step by step. You don't jump into the void: each exercise is supervised by centralizers and supported by group energy. Initiatic traditions have practiced this for millennia.
There's no rigid order among the advanced workshops, but there is a natural logic. The 12 Planes (Levels 2 and 3) strengthen your mastery of the inner planes. Interdimensional Contact opens perception toward the cosmic exterior. This workshop develops your subtle vehicles — it's the work on your navigation bodies. You can do them in whatever order calls to you, but having done at least one other advanced workshop before this one is recommended.
Absolutely. Most participants arrive with zero prior experience. The workshops are designed to meet you exactly where you are — no special vocabulary or meditation practice required. Your genuine curiosity is the only entry condition.
