It's highly recommended. Level 2 doesn't review the fundamentals — it deepens them. If you've already explored the 4 planes of being and experienced the basics of purification and transmutation, you're ready. Otherwise, Level 1 is the natural starting point.
Yes. The in-person workshop covers the same fundamentals with additional depth. You have more than enough foundation for Level 2 online. It will be a natural continuation with a new angle — refined perception, autonomy, daily life integration.
In Level 1, you discovered your energies and learned the first tools. In Level 2, you refine your perception to pick up subtler signals, you transmute deeper patterns, and most importantly — you develop the autonomy to manage your energies daily without waiting for the next workshop.
Absolutely. Most participants arrive with zero prior experience. The workshops are designed to meet you exactly where you are — no special vocabulary or meditation practice required. Your genuine curiosity is the only entry condition.
Here, we don't stay in the mind. Most approaches give you concepts to understand — we give you direct experiences that transform your energy, your body and your consciousness. It's not theory: participants leave with concrete tools and changes they feel from the very first session.
Unitary Science is an integrative approach that considers the human being as a whole — body, emotions, mind and spiritual dimension — as an interconnected totality. It's not a religion or a dogma. You don't need to believe anything: you experience, you feel, and you keep what makes sense to you.
Many of our participants are scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs. Skepticism is welcome — we don't ask you to believe, we invite you to experience. The exercises produce concrete effects you can observe for yourself, regardless of your beliefs.
