What's important for me is to be able to maintain everything I've experienced in each plane and, above all, really apply all this teaching in daily life and truly live it, even if it's the most difficult part. This workshop was very useful for me to integrate, at another level, things I already knew, but above all, I experienced and integrated a lot of new knowledge that really strengthened me, and now I feel that I can rise to a higher level. Absolutely. Most participants arrive with zero prior experience. The workshops are designed to meet you exactly where you are — no special vocabulary or meditation practice required. Your genuine curiosity is the only entry condition.
Here, we don't stay in the mind. Most approaches give you concepts to understand — we give you direct experiences that transform your energy, your body and your consciousness. It's not theory: participants leave with concrete tools and changes they feel from the very first session.
Unitary Science is an integrative approach that considers the human being as a whole — body, emotions, mind and spiritual dimension — as an interconnected totality. It's not a religion or a dogma. You don't need to believe anything: you experience, you feel, and you keep what makes sense to you.
Many of our participants are scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs. Skepticism is welcome — we don't ask you to believe, we invite you to experience. The exercises produce concrete effects you can observe for yourself, regardless of your beliefs.
Each workshop combines clear teachings, practical exercises, guided meditations and group work. It's dynamic and alive — no long monologues. You're active and engaged from start to finish, and the centralizers (facilitators) support you at every step.
